Service Description: <div>Parcels within Clallam County with ownership information included. </div><div><ul><li>This data layer depicts land ownership boundaries to the best available accuracy. The accuracy varies dramatically across the county, with a few areas accurate to less than a foot, most developed areas closer to 10-20 feet, and some more than 100 feet. Each parcel is identified by a unique 12 digit parcel number (PNUM), but may include multiple polygons. Each parcel is defined by historical taxing precedent, consequently, there is no certainty that any given parcel is a legal lot of record. Land that is not taxed may be mapped arbitrarily, and may not have attributes that correspond to taxed parcels.
