Service Description:

This map image layer was created for Pencom to use with DataMark. They wanted the last six digits of the pnum to have black font / white halo and the address number font to be blue with white halo.

Parcel polygons with a label field for last 6-digits of the parcel number and Address No (SITUS).

prc_label is derived from prc_detail (unstacked parcel layer created after an editing session).
