Service Description: Parcels are current through the end of May 2025.Layer published from sde data stacked_parcels_rpm feature layer. No definition queries are placed upon this layer. Contains parcels with the following Statuses: GIS Status attributes: P = Preliminary child parcel number (created as a circle polygon)L = Live child parcel number (remains a circle polygon)A = Active parcel geometry (parcel boundaries are considered Active at all times because they reflect what our parcel_editing layer contains)Sharing level should be Everyone. Editing is Disabled. Published as feature and map image layer. Map image layer is used in the EPL Parcel Update App. The Feature layer is used in the distributed collaboration. The feature layer in AGOL is used in the Mailing Labels Application.
